Coastal Change Form

The purpose of this webform is to collect data on all coastal change across Wales in order to inform the Wales Coastal Monitoring Centre and other partners including the Wales Coast Path and Natural Resources Wales on what type of changes are occurring and their distribution.

This form was developed for public sector employees in the Coastal Environment and is not to be shared with the general public.
